Digital Guides

Because these are downloadable digital products, all sales are final once the guide has been delivered. If a payment fails to deliver the file (a technical error), contact support — you'll always get the guide or your money back in that case.

This does not affect your rights if the product is defective or not as described.

The Keel Membership

Memberships are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. You may cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for. See Terms of Service for the full membership terms.
